In September 2016 the school celebrated two significant anniversaries. The 120th anniversary of Wincham School first opening and the 40th anniversary of the current school site. A special Anniversary Assembly was held with each class representing a different decade within the school’s history.
The school bell was rung 12 times at the end of the assembly, once for each decade of the school’s history, with the bell ringing carried out by Aiden, the youngest child in the school, and Izzy, the eldest. A competition was held to design a new school flag and the winning design was raised. Jessica designed the winning entry and was presented with a miniature version of the flag.

Here are some videos and pictures from the day.
